                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JOHN TATE RICE AND MARY
                   DESHAY RICE, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 73A,
                   BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS, TRACT NO. 104,
                   FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF SEVEN HUNDRED
                   SEVENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($770.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from John Tate Rice and Mary Deshay
       Rice, relative to Contract No. 73A, Big Ridge Collector Sewers,
       Tract No. 104, for a total consideration of $770.00.
